The vivarium of FSBSI “ARVRIPP&T” refers to conventional vivariums, in which laboratory animals are kept and bred for experimental purposes.

The vivarium is equipped with the following premises:

• rooms for keeping laboratory animals by species (white rats, white mice, guinea pigs, rabbits);
• room for manipulations related to experimental work;
• room for quarantine and adaptation of animals;
• isolator for sick animals;
• feed kitchen;
• washing;
• warehouse for storage of fodders bedding;
• storage facilities for clean cages and accessories for keeping animals;
• toilet room and shower room for the staff.
