Scholarships, being a monetary payment awarded to postgraduate and doctoral students studying full-time at FSBSI “ARVRIPP&T”, are divided into:
- scholarships of the President of the Russian Federation and special state scholarships of the Government of the Russian Federation;
- state scholarships for postgraduate students;
- nominal scholarships.
Scholarships of the President of the Russian Federation and special state scholarships of the Government of the Russian Federation are awarded to postgraduate students studying at FSBSI “ARVRIPP&T” who have achieved outstanding success in their educational and scientific activities, in accordance with the provisions approved by the President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation.
State scholarships at the expense of budget allocations of the federal budget (hereinafter referred to as the budget) are assigned to postgraduate students studying at FSBSI “ARVRIPP&T”, depending on the success of mastering the programs for training of academic and teaching staff at a postgraduate school based on the results of midterm assessment.
Nominal scholarships are established by state authorities, local governments, legal entities and individuals (including those who sent them to study and are assigned to postgraduate students in the manner established by public authorities, local governments, legal entities and individuals.
Financial support for postgraduate students (hereinafter referred to as postgraduate students, students) is carried out at the expense of:
Federal budget funds allocated for scholarships in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;
Funds intended for the payment of nominal scholarships;
Extrabudgetary funds, subject to the availability of financial capabilities of FSBSI “ARVRIPP&T”.
The amount of scholarships for postgraduate students is established by the regulatory legal acts of the President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation.
The amount of nominal scholarships for postgraduate students is established by the state authorities, local governments, legal entities and individuals who have established these scholarships.
State scholarship to postgraduate students is paid in amounts not less than the standards established by the Government of the Russian Federation for a given level of professional education and category of students, and within the limits of the federal budget funds allocated by FSBSI “ARVRIPP&T” for scholarships for students (categorical grant).
Postgraduate students – foreign citizens and stateless persons who study according to full-time postgraduate educational programs are paid state scholarships at the expense of budget allocations of the federal budget, the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and local budgets, including within the quota established by the Government of the Russian Federation, or it is provided for by international treaties of the RF, in accordance with which such persons are accepted for training/education.
The cases when the student is:
– on an academic leave, as well as on a maternity leave, leave to care for a child until he/she reaches the age of three years,
– on practice, scientific research, during vacations and test/examination sessions
are not a basis for terminating the payment of the state scholarship assigned to him/her.
The payment of the state academic scholarship and nominal scholarship to a postgraduate student is terminated from the month following the month of issuing the order on his/her expulsion.
Social support is provided to postgraduate students for high achievements in scientific research and depending on the financial situation of the postgraduate student in case of the presence of appropriate financial resources received from the income-generating activities of FSBSI “ARVRIPP&T”.
